Who builds Sui Wallet Desktop

Sui Wallet Desktop is built by Wallet Connections LLC. Wallet Connections LLC is an independent software company — not affiliated with Mysten Labs (the company that builds the Sui blockchain), the Sui Foundation, or any other Sui ecosystem entity.

Our work focuses on filling the desktop wallet gap in the Sui ecosystem. While Mysten Labs ships Slush (browser extension and mobile) and other teams ship browser-extension-only wallets, no team had been shipping a real native desktop application for Sui — until now.

The Wallet Connections LLC team brings expertise in desktop application development, cryptography, blockchain integration, and user experience design. Specific team disclosures are limited per company policy; we focus on ship quality and audit transparency rather than founder-personality marketing.

Mission

Make a great desktop wallet for the Sui ecosystem. The native desktop form factor matters because:

• Browser extensions share runtime with every other tab, increasing attack surface
• Mobile apps don't fit serious DeFi or hardware wallet workflows
• Desktop is the right environment for users managing significant balances, doing serious staking, or pairing with hardware wallets

A real Sui desktop wallet didn't exist before. We're building it.

Sui Wallet Desktop is an independent product within the broader Sui ecosystem. We work alongside (not in opposition to):
